For those who don't frequent Slickdeals, here's a hot deal for you all:
Walmart has the Lenovo X120e (dual core E-350 version, not the single core E-240 version) for $300 shipped, tax in most. Not sure if it has Bluetooth, but chances are, it doesn't.
The next cheapest on the web is $400 + tax directly from Lenovo.com, with an estimated 2-3 weeks shipping time. HP's DM1z or 3105M are going for about the same price. One functions better, the other looks better, but both are more expensive.
I used to have the HP DM1z before returning it to HP for a mouse issue, and my sister currently has the Lenovo X120e. Both machines were nearly identical in hardware, so they ran very similar. Neither of us have any complaints whatsoever, so long as you don't expect more from it than what it is meant to be. They're great little portables for note taking or casual web browsing on the go. I've personally watched popular Zacate-based 11.6" units for the past month or two, and aside from the HP 3105M for $200 via TigerDirect through eBay over a month ago, this is the current hottest deal. These things are slightly short of full-blown laptop performance, with the battery life comparable to most Atom-based netbooks.
My old DM1z got about 6 hours on moderate use, and my sister's X120e gets about 5 hours.
