EDIT: I just found an ECS geforce 7050/610i for $40 shipped, so I went with that. If a mod sees this, feel free to to delete the thread.
When I say cheap, I mean I'm trying to find something for $25-$35 shipped (i'll consider a little more if you have something tempting
), so it doesn't have to be an awesome over-clocker or top brand or anything; it's for my girlfriend. She just wants to play some old games and browse the internet, but the requirements listed in the title are necessary to be able to utilize parts that my friends and I have already laying around (pentium d 805, x850xt[i think], 2x512mb ddr2, generic 400w psu, seagate 500gb, old hp mATX case, etc.)
