Then this comes up when I look away for a second. Can you see those lines down the entire screen?

Oh and the problem doesn't persist, it goes away after a restart.

Does it only occur on one monitor? If so, swap the cables to the monitors and see if the problem follows.

This is the second time it has happened, it was about a month ago it last happened and I don't know how to recreate the problem. But I will give it a go.
