LiveDash OLED On Asus X299 Prime Not Working !

Hello

I have a asus prime X299 Deluxe , and after setup the live dash not working , How can i turn on the LiveDash ! from bios or where ? I am downloaded software LiveDash and not working !
And Today i am removed LiveDash OLED them from the motherboard and Unplug the LiveDash OLED and re-Plug the LiveDash OLED But not working :/
And i am updated the bios to last ver and still not working ! Motherboard new did not use a week! Please Help me
