hey, i am working on a computer for my girlfriends aunt/uncle. after it post's i get an error saying "load needed dll's for kernel" contact system admin blah blah blah. they said that they updated AOL software prior to it happening, they use dial up. nothing works as far as safe mode or any of the other F8 options. so getting into any kind of GUI is not happening. i took the drive out and scaned for viruses and found nothing. they use the computer for thier buisness so a reformat is not an option right now. any ideads on how to recover from it? and or what may have caused the error? thanks
