Sound card haven't changed much in ten years

I'll have to post back once I get it, hoping it works well, drivers are recent for it, despite it being so old

without DDL encoding, its only going to give you stereo sound.

figure what out? plenty of cards offer DDL and DTS encoding, its just personal choice what one you want.
