Looking for a Good MFP Laser Color Printer

So,

I am looking for the top 3 color laser MFP's in the range of $100 - $350. It should have Duplexing and Wifi.
I am trying to replace my folks crappy inkjet and looking at all these color laser printers is a tough choice.

So it has to be an MFP? Do they do a lot of copying and scanning? Because you can pick up a color laser for $150-200, but MFP Lasers starts at about $300, and the ones with duplexing start at about $500.

Literally everything else on newegg is over $500.

If it was me, I'd get a B/W MFP Laser for $100(for the majority of my printing and scanning) and a Standard Color Laser for $200(for the few times I needed to print in color).

That way you aren't wasting color toner when you don't have to be printing in color, and since most people do most of the printing in B/W the TN450 cartridge that printer takes only costs $20 for the generics off newegg, so printing costs for the B/W printer are extremely low.

well, it is my mother and she prints color quite a bit. She wants Print/Scan/Copy. Duplexing would be Ideal.

I prefer Brother printers right now, they seem to be the best quality wise.

So the MFC 9330 gets my vote.

what about the 9340? the difference there is that the 9340 does double sided scan and copy.

Consider looking into clearance sale, and see if any of the office store still offers printer trade in. Some years ago Office Max had Samsung 315W on sale for $79 (originally 400) and they accepted a junky Sir-Leaks-A-Lot printer for $50 off. Wireless but no duplex or scanner. It's fine anyhow and have gone some 10k prints without a problem. Inkjet wouldn't have lasted just 1k without leaving blobs on printout, fading or striped prints (those with permanent head), dried out ink cart after only 10 prints, or jams.

It's amazing inkjet still sells well when laser is better in the long run. A $50 set of ink cart may last about 200 pages before it refuses to print because it's "out" (even if there's just enough ink for another 50) but a $150 set of toner lasts me about 1000 pages, and my printer won't stop if it thinks it's out.
