It's an OEM SSD from an Acer notebookDid this Kingston NVMe come in a prebuilt PC or notebook? I ask because I have a custom made for HP Samsung NVMe that came with my HP notebook and the Samsung SSD software won't detect it either. I also never found a way to check for firmware updates.
