[WTB][US] Looking for an LGA1155 i5 or i7 Ivy Bridge 3.0+ GHz cpu

I am building a desktop and I have an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 mATX MB, but no CPU yet. Looking to get a Quad-core i5 or i7 processor for the 1155 socket, preferably 3.0 Ghz or faster; K series might be nice but not necessary.
I will also need a Noctua NH-C14 or a similar Air cooler with a total height with or w/o fans less than 120mm, it is a skinnier case.
Looking to spend no more than $150 on the cpu.
