Please don't triple post. There is an edit button for a reason.

Honestly there is no point of upgrading. You will see little to no difference in gaming. Unless you want to run eyefinity, extra vram will help.

Stay with what you have.

EDIT: I'm confused. You say the GTX 670 ran very good? Do you own it, or just the HD 6970.

GTX 670 FTW did run very well as i thought it would.

No I'm not kidding you. You did not state a reason why you wanted to upgrade. Some people upgrade just because they CAN or because they WANT to, even when their current hardware is good enough.

A 7970/50 GTX 670/80 is a safe bet. You can't go wrong with any of them. Depends how much your willing to spend.

I had bought an gtx 670 FTW signature edition card, but i was not getting a very well performance. Bf3 was getting around 70 to 80 FPS. I remember when i had a 7950 version i was getting around 100 to 120 fps.

That's impossible. Unless your running a lower res and running at lower settings.

Are you sure what you said is correct.

You can see from the chart I provided that the 670 is the clear winner over the 7950, but the 7970 beats it. The 680 beats the normal 7970 though the GHZ edition out performs the 680.

Your best bet is going the 7950/70 route IMO.

If you weren't happy with the GTX670's performance don't buy an HD7950, it is slower than a GTX670.

Your only options would be a 7970 or GTX680, but the difference between the GTX670 and the 7970@1000MHz is only 10FPS. And I think the FTW edition card you had is probably pretty close to the 7970@1000MHz in performance actually, probably within 1-2FPS possible.
