Thinking about making some kind of BIOS editor for NV.
Looking only for expert opinions right now, don't worry, a more general "survey" will come.

What are the most needed features?
Any suggestions how to simplify the clock/voltage chaos of Fermi?

Im no expert by a long shot but id like to see an all in one solution thats user friendly with the editing like changing clocks and voltages with some guidance.

I'd suggest trying to avoid the "tack on" feel you get with other bios editors when new cards are supported. Example being both rbe and nibitor have one place to set the voltages for older cards, then another place to set them for newer cards. Just feels sloppy. You'd need either a universal layout that would fit the voltage setups you'd see on all cards or just make the tab/page layout change depending on what card's bios is detected.

Hi Wizz, these are great news, Nibitor feels way to clumsy in generell, and especially with Fermi cards.
If you have an account in either the 3DCenter.de or HardwareLuxx.de forums, i'd suggest you to contact orbmu2k, he's the author of NVIDIA Inspector and Fermi Bios Editor (FBE), so he has a good amount of knowledge in that area. The FBE is now discontinued, so there's a gap to fill, and i'm quite sure he'd help you out on your project.

I suggest having the ability to flash the card in windows in addition to be able to edit it :D. But that may be far fetched

nice idea W1zzard, make hookup with Orbmu2k, that i think could be awesome his Fermi Bios Editor (FBE) and Nvidia Inspector Tool is awesome tools ^^

but if u make a tool it could be nice if it would support MSI's HAWK Serie card with Triple Voltage adjustments and that, but i think that would only be a dream, but never knowns could be nice to get a tool not MSI Afterburner with limited core voltage adjustments ^^;

there are absolutely no plans to tailor this to specific card models. right now i want to get it working for the bulk of cards

The best would be a BIOS Editor in the Style of MSI Afterburner with the
ability to read and flash the bios. :D
