Low FPS on Stupid games ?!

guys i have a real problem and its pissing me off , its when i run games for example(gta sa) i should be able to play such game on 9999k with super ultra and 9999 FBS but when setting the settings on very high i only get maximum 35 FBS ???!, but why!.guys please dont say check your task manager because this is screen shot for my task manager (just ignore msi afterburner and the 2 below it), just look at my cpu usage below! even my gpu is overclocked 25%

i dont agree in your expectation of 9999FBS. your PC is (no offense intended) less than capable. I had that GPU almost 10 years ago, and it couldn't play Grandtheft auto then very well , combined with that archaic cpu.... its possible my iPhone is more powerful

in game debate website it says that gta sa recommended gpu is geforce 6600 and i think my gpu is better than this gpu .but come on this game's recommended cpu and ram are pentium 4 1.8 and 384 mb of ram, and i have a core 2 duo e7600 and 3gb of ram. and overclocked 210 1gb.

why dont you run GTA, while running a monitor application, then take a screenshot, and post that image, so we can see the perf.

i did it dude i only get 35 FBS maximum .btw i will do it in moments.

For some reason i cant insert the photo,btw i just realised that i have a very very insane bottleneck ! Gpu usage:99%|Cpu usage: around 15% ! .

Just to be specific, run MSI afterburner while you run Grandtheft auto for 5 minutes, be certain you have monitoring on. Under settings you can set it to monitor CPU &GPU usage, temperature, as well as system and video memory usage, be sure these are included along with frames per second

My gpu is not even from the gt series its just a normal geforce !

Not with a 210 1GB which is just a replacement for a IGP of that Generation. Get a 7770, 7870, 250/X.

Man, where are you from? Even GTX 650 Ti is 3-4 years old at thos point. Buy a GTX 1050 or sth. Or even better upgrade the whole system to Ryzen 5 2400G at cheap. You won't even need to buy a graphics card.

210 was never a decent card, low cost or not..

You've got an ancient, mid range CPU coupled to an ancient and very low end graphics cards. No way is that setup gonna ever give you a high framerate, end of story.

You need to scrap that PC and start over with something high end and modern. It's gonna cost a lot, there's no way round that.

as ex-user of G210 and ENGT 220, I can confirm that
GT 220 at least twice as fast as G210

While not on the list, it was roughly as good as a 9400GT. A GT 1030 can give top cards on this list a good run of their money, let alone any decent 2018's gaming capable card.

I think someone's trying to take the piss. just because you meet the min specs for a game to run on it doesn't mean you'll get "9999FPS" at any res/QA settings
even a low powered Ryzen 5 2400G and mobo with 8GB ddr4 ram will not get 9999FPS but it will get you a much smoother experience than the ancient junk your running at present
but even if you don't want to go the whole system route then atleast an HD7850/GTX650Ti will get you better than what you have right now

GTA: San Andreas has a frame limit for a reason. High frame rates cause weird physics glitches. If you turn it off in in-game settings, you should turn on v-sync in your GPU control panel or the physics engine will go nuts. You can also gain smoothness by turning off smoke effects and turning off antialiasing.

Depends what your expectations are I guess. I bought one in 2010/11 (can't remember the exact year for sure). Bearing in mind it was the cheapest card I could buy I was quite happy.

I certainly wouldn't have recomended it to play games with then, let alone now.
