lower download speed with different server

I have been trying to download the unigine benchmakr but when I download from their page or Techpowerup the download is like 128k but when I download from mega it is almost 80% my connection is there anything I could do to fix this?

You mean mega is faster? Probably a temporary issue with the TPU server then.

it is using almost my all internet bandwidth but i have tried 2 different days and the problem is still the same

What do you mean its using all your bandwidth? What speed are you supposed to be getting from your ISP? Do speedtests (like speedtest.net) show you're getting the speed you're supposed to be getting?
