Lower voltage pencil mod

I was pencil modding my X800 Pro again. I was trying to raise the vdd to about 2.08 but it was overshot to about 2.15. I thought, no problem, I'll just erase some of the graphite. However, there doesn't seem to be any graphite left to erase. It would only go down to 2.14. What can I do to lower the voltage?

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to use alcohol and a q-tip, not an eraser.

I didn't use an eraser, just a q-tip. I didn't put any alcohol on it though.

Well, I cleaned with alcohol and got it down to 2.05. It doesn't make too much of a difference with the voltage. Anything over 2.1 makes it worse and from what I remember before, under 2.05 doesn't help either.
