Are you talking about the VRAM or the system RAM? A little more information would be nice.

That seems about average. It is safe up to 95C, I would play with the fan profiles inside the Alienware Command Center, or possibly make a custom curve to see if it helps.

The hot spot and gpu temps are very good actually under 70c for both. Am i to expect amy problems with the vram being on the high safe range ? There isnt much i can do at this time unless i want to remove the board and heatsink and risk replacing the pads. Im curious if contact dell would be a option if this isnt normal temps that they are having

If it is under safe temps, Dell isn't going to do anything. And yes, the newer Alienware's require an entire disassembly just to get the motherboard out. The heatsinks are under the keyboard and it is inverted compared to what I've been in more service friendly laptops.

Your laptop has the Element 31 on it, which is Dell's liquid metal solution. If you decide to go that route, be exceptionally careful with it.

I would just use it as it is and enjoy. That's a fairly new laptop, and you might be able to add extended service to it through Dell if you haven't already. I have had very good experiences with Dell support when it has come to service and troubleshooting their systems.

Yea i know this model has the liquid metal and is a royal pain to remove. If temps are within range its too risky.
