Yes, but they use laptop components and dont have a graphics card.
What component do you want to upgrade? If its RAM you're after, look for some DDR2 Laptop RAM.
CPU would be a bit more tricky, as you have to make sure a new one is compatible with the chipset.

Yes, the hard drive is upgradeable, you have to use a 2.5" laptop hard drive.
