Think Secret has some nice comparison shots of the difference to previos OS X versions. There seems to be a couple of interesting changes. To mention a few: Tiger's Print Center (which was an alias of Printer Setup Utility) have been removed in Leopard. Instead, printers are now specified and configured exclusively through the Print & Fax system preference. Leopard will also have improved support for LDAP; Tiger's Directory Access 1.8 application has been renamed Directory Utility 2.0 (208) and shows small interface changes. Check out the source for all the images.
