Pancho HELPED ME WORK ON THIS ONE FOR A FEW HOURS,WE GOT THE fsb UP TO 240 and then we hit a wall,beyond that it would just start dropping the cpu mhz every time until I reset and started over,at 1950 right now,i dont think this mobo is going any further than that.

i dont think the chip can handle 4.8ghz so the vcore mod is more important for mine :roll:

You might just be at a FSB hole. Try upping the FSB to 266, that is what I usually do with the E2100 series chips and they usually take it just fine without any need to increase voltages.

Wait does Nonya have to be able boot Windows at 266FSB or just POST? Because I think he was saying that he couldn't boot Windows at 240 but if he can POST does that mean its ok to do the pin mod since it must be something else like the RAM which can't handle the OC?

I tried the 266,wouldnt go to windows,just rebooted and the overclocl protection thing kicked it back to my last settings.Im going to try the pin mod when I can find some of the conductive paint,i tried to auto stores today and nobody had it.

Do you have any jumpers onboard for FSB selection?

I had owned an old Asrock Socket A board with a Sempron chip in the past that had to use the onboard jumpers for a 200FSB(Double pumped -400 effective) it wouldn't let me overclock worth squat until I did that.

Are there pinmods for Pentium 4B's to run at 200MHz FSB? Like a 2.66B... That would make it 4Ghz? =\
