Hey,

I'm trying to make a custom windows image with pre-installed software and user accounts.
What steps should I do to achieve this? I would want image as .wim file and with SID not messing up

My signature has a link to making a better diag drive. and should cover what you want. The trick is to make sure to boot into sysprep and close the sysprep box.
