The computer mouse was invented back in the 1960s, and with few exceptions it looks and works the same as it did back then...until now. Manhattan today unveiled a re-imagined mouse for the tablet generation: Stealth. With an ultra-sleek , contoured design, Stealth is a Touch Mouse that lets you access and interact with Web content from a PC or Mac with a simple tap or swipe of your finger...no clicking, no scroll wheel, no buttons.

too bad apple came up with the same idea years ago. yea...
apple lawsuit in 3.. 2.. 1..

but is accomplished with a delicate tap of your finger, as opposed to a noisy, heavy-handed "click".
ill take my noisy, heavy-handed 'click'. thank you.

Well I don’t think Apple sued Microsoft for the Microsoft “Touch Mouse”.

Perhaps Apple isn't as sue happy as you seem to think. Also, for example, Apple is losing some of their suits against Motorola patent infringement cases. So “suing” isn’t synonymous with “winning”.

For what its worth, reviews I’ve read about both the Magic Mouse and the Touch Mouse seem to suggest that there is room for improvement. Maybe Manhattan will get it right this time,…
