Here's is a search I did on NewEgg.
It lists all m/b's with 790FX Northbridge, AM3 and DDR3 support. Unfortunately, nothing is under $120. The cheapest is about $140.

But there are 2 options in power search 2x2gb and 4x2gb so the 8gb sets will be at the bottom.
I use the power search feature on the egg and then use google shopping to see if I can get a better price on a specific item. Unless the price on the egg is significantly higher, I try to buy from them. Don't think they do Euro land but they are still a great resource.
