I would like to know if this MB is ready for the APU AMD Ryzen 5 3400G or it is necessary to update the bios.

It's likely you need to update the bios as it's supported from bios version 3.3

connecting everything (cpu,mb,ram ecc)

I don't see bios flashback, so this board will require a 1000 or 2000 series CPU to flash it to a 3000 compatible bios.
You want to look for a b450 board with bios flashback to be able to use or an msi b450 max series board that ships with a compatible bios

As you can see in this document only MSI B450 boards have it (the max boards are basically pre-flashed boards). So it's one way for you, no asrock boards have it on this chipset.
