I know with this chipset I can't put 4 double sided memory on the memory slot..Now i'm using 2x1GB adata extreme edition double sided and I want to add another 2x1GB...
Is there any possibility i can put all four memories in this motherboard with tricks or something else??
Or can i put 2GB memory in one slot so I can put 2x2GB RAM to make 4GB RAM??

4 sticks in P31 = doesn't work properly. 4GB of RAM wouldn't work too well on P31 as well even if its 2x2GB-your OCing capabilities will be severely hampered.

You will not be able to run that E6550 without problems I'm afraid. Firstly, why do you even need 4GB of RAM? You are using a 32 bit OS at the moment, you will only be able to utilise approximately 3GB of that-a waste of money.

Why don't you use that spare money to get something like a P35 DS3 or something?

I want to try Vista 64 bit because I just got the original Vista Business 64bit with SP1 from my college. How about DFI LP UT P35 T2R?? Is it good for OC??
