metals in loops?

I used to remember what metals to avoid and what metals can go together in a loop.

TBH ive forgotten and cant find the link I had explaining this in detail.

anyone know or got links for metal compatibility in waterloops?

I think the suggestion is not to mix aluminium and copper. But it's quite hard to get aluminium parts for loops these days.

I'd also avoid those very rare sodium blocks. (tell me i don't need to say that's a joke...)

It's called galvanic corrosion. The best thing to do is look at a anodic index and make sure ther isn't a difference of more than .15v.

well I think I found out that brass, nickel and copper are good together.

It got me thinking seeing people say not to mix metals, but things in loops are made of so many its kind of hard to not mix
