It wont work in my setup nor my friends, common point being having intel procesors, but his 5600 xt works just fine in mine, i got another friends pc with AMD procesor and it works, i dont know what to try anymore.
already tried upgrading bios, downgrade it, UEFI, bot secure boot on and off, different PSU, flashing the vbios found in this site and nothing, it just dont want to work with my setup, no signal, no vgu in port detected
my specs are (and i know its kinda old but is a work in progress):

Procesador Intel(R) Pentium(R) Gold G5400 CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
Motherboard H310M PRO VDH PLUS
VGU ASRock Phantom Gaming RX 580

thanks in advance

It's dead. You can look for visible damage if you want, but it's time to look for a replacement. They don't last forever.

- Clean contact pins both GPU or the slot with cloth and blow out technique
- Perform clear CMOS and set BIOS to default / vga init first
- Insert GPU into the slot until fully seated using screws
- Use other connector port ie DVI and DP
- Use 500W PSU pure power as minimum requirement

OK, suspecting a pretty obvious issue...

Intel® Pentium® Gold G5400 Processor

As it turns out, the Intel(R) Pentium(R) Gold G5400 CPU happens to have some integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 610.

Put in a working graphics card, enter the motherboard BIOS and DISABLE Intel UHD Graphics, if it's enabled.
Save changes, then shut down, and try again your RX 580 and see, if it's working after that...
Just my 2 cents... :p
