In time for the holidays, Microsoft is giving shoppers even more value by reducing the price of its incredibly popular Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel by $30 to just $99 (U.S. ERP). The newly priced Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel now comes bundled with a driver disc and a demo of the acclaimed "Forza Motorsport 2" including full force feedback support. The Wireless Racing Wheel is compatible with all of the most popular racing games on Xbox 360, including: Forza Motorsport 2, Project Gotham Racing 3/4, Test Drive Unlimited, Need for Speed Carbon, DiRT and Nascar 08.

wow this is so genius on MS part. they were probably sitting in a meeting talking about how GT5 will be one of the biggest threats to the Xbox360 as it will boost PS3 sales. And this is the obvious easiest solution to making sim racing more attractive solution on the Xbox360. Good strategy, and does anybody know if that wheel will work on PC?

Thats Bullshiot, no support for XP? well this is just a bad strategy which effectively cancels out the brilliance of the price cut!

sounds like a good idea but it needs to get these all sld out and then bring in a truely wireless version, i think they just want people to take up there new os which isnt fair at all but really you do get directx 10 on vista

Well you would need a pretty decent battery to handle wireless Force feedback. Were talking mega big like for instancwe for laptop batteries the average size is oh about 8 cells what this would need if I had to guess would be around 20 cells if not more just to last about an hour with force feedback
