A mini ITX PC. Has a ASRock AM1H-ITX mobo and AMD 5350 CPU.
Not sure what the case is. It's small. Perfect for a media center PC or emulator machine. One 3.5'' bay, one 5.25'' bay. It has been VERY lightly modified to accept a dual slot GPU with the top off (hanging out the side.) See picture of corner. Just a small square of metal cut out. Doesn't affect rigidity of the case or anything, and top still slides on perfectly. Once the top is on, it's indistinguishable.
