I love how the About screen (logo/brand button) tooltip has an Info icon too, not just a text tooltip.
However, the 2nd line of the tooltip text says:
Show the GPU-Z About dialog
"Dialog" is a programming term, not something all users would understand or be used to.
So, I suggest for that to be changed, for example to:
Show the GPU-Z About screen
(or something similar)

Thanks in advance for any comments. :)

The word "dialog" is definitely not just a programming term and is commonly used. In my experience anyways.

OK then. Do you have any links to programs that use the word the same way GPU-Z does?
Anyway, even if it not only a programmer's word, I believe "dialog" is too techy, a more common word would be better, IMHO.

EDIT: Also, being a programmer myself, I have never used the word "dialog" this way, although I have used it internally (NOT visible to the user) for menus/controls in my programs.

Maybe, but this does not mean it is better than the word "screen".
Do you mean to say "About screen" is an incorrect phrase?

Also, being a programmer myself, I have never used the word "dialog" this way, although I have used it internally (NOT visible to the user) for menus/controls in my programs.
Saying "Show the About dialog" is saying something like "Show the About window", which clearly sounds bad (I admit "dialog" sounds a bit better).
EDIT #2: Also, it is NOT about whether the user understands the word or not, it is about using the best/clearest words for all menus/controls/tooltips in a program, and "About screen" is better than "About dialog".
Hmm, I am starting to understand the comment about "fighting" going on here. :)

EDIT: Please remember that not all users of GPU-Z are native English speakers! And teaching English does not necessarily mean teaching all tech jargon/words.

Which proves my point. This is the PROGRAMMER/ENCYCLOPEDIAN word for a dialog box window, which does NOT mean users should ever see it in ANY program.
Link to at least ONE other program that uses the word "dialog" the same way, please?

EDIT: Another suggestion - now the word "About" and the word "GPU-Z" are duplicated in the two lines of the About tooltip, which is redundant.
Suggestion: Have the two lines like this instead:
About GPU-Z
Show program version info (or maybe "Show GPU-Z version info")
or maybe "Show program version and copyright info"
