Mixing a SATA HDD with a IDE HDD: Advice Please

Im going to purchase a second HDD and wanted it to be an SATA model but I wasnt sure if I will be able to use it with my IDE HDD still installed :confused:

no problem what so ever, you wont be able to raid them, but theres no problem aslong as you remember to specify which one is the boot drive in the bios,

remember to have your chipset SATA drivers up to date
