Yeah, I visit the front page on my iPhone from work on occasion. That's what gave me the idea.

lol. I wish. I'm just not that artistically inclined. Most mobile sites I've been to have been primarily text based tho, with maybe a couple simple graphics.

Hopefully somebody with some experience in this arena will chime in here.

I"m with this idea. That's how I post between 6am-6pm is from my Phone.. I don't have a Iphone, but it does just fine..

This would be a great idea! It does take forever to load on my phone sometimes with all the images. Like Wile said, it would have to be txt format to probably work the best.
The home page could use just "TPU" and the power symbol as the headline. The latest reviews could be listed as links with
no images so loading would be easier and navigation would be smoother.
Just an idea.

Edit: I don't think all the tabs would need to be necessary, but they could be just listed links if need be.

Mainly text based, maybe with a small TPU header. Have all the news on it, and a link to the forum.

Simple, easy access to the main news articles and forum if need be.

Maybe just use http://www.techpowerup.com/rss/. My Nokia E66 gives me a text based list where I can press the links and it gives me the news articles on the front page.
