Hi everyone!!
i recently bought a b2o notebook with an ati mobility x700 with 256 MB (clevo barebone based) and i experience the following problem :
There is no powerplay tag in either ati cc or ati cp no matter what driver version i install. After multiple formats and some research i have concluded that either ati2mtag.sys falsely reports that there is no powerplay compatibility or a bios issue. Either way it's a huge problem as the laptop gets very hot and power consumption goes way up even when on batteries..
any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!
