Monitor Power Usage Question

I am trying to figure out some basic power usage specs for the Dell 1708FPT for a feasibility study I am performing. I cannot seem to find much information out there breaking down the different power consumption levels of this monitor. Does anyone have any information regarding the power usage of this monitor, or know a way that I can determine the power consumption of a monitor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark.

my 17 inch crt monitor uses about 190 watts according to the clamp on electric meter i use :twitch::eek::wtf::shadedshu

annoying thing is i also have a 20 inch crt (sun micro) and that only uses about 100 watts, but is to heavy to use on my pc desk (it weighs around 5 stone :twitch:)

but ye a lcd will use about 30 -60 watts depending on who it's made by ;)
