Hi! Yesterday I "overclocked" my monitor from 60hz to 63hz. I know it is almost anything. The problem is that when I wanted to return to 60hz 1080p on nvidia settings, the screen looks like the resolution is lower than 1080, and some things dont enter on the screen. Pls help me. I have a Lg Flatron m2280A and a nvidia 750 ti.
Thanks.

What did you use for "overclock" the frequency?
You can restore the default hz with that same program .
I tried to do something similar by lowering the hz needed for Freesync but the monitor didn't like it at all even for 5hz.

With Nvidia pannel? Are you sure is not by going in the windows resolution settings?
There you can choose to see the hz you wanna use but 63hz is strange as a possible setting.
Try Custom Resolution Utility and restore to default the Monitor Settings.
I used that for the freesync frequency i was talking about.

NO worries.

All you have to do is take the monitor cable, and plug it in to a different slot on the GPU, or getting a different monitor you might have laying around or a friends, hook it up to the GPU, and then once you get in the Nvidia driver should reset itself. I had to do this a few times myself back in the day, but that was many a moon ago. I thought I bricked a monitor once, nope. You can't really break it, there are always ways around, I think I did mess it up so bad once I did a BIOS reboot, switch a roo on the monitor as I am telling you to do, and a clean install of Windows OS... but I don't think your issue is as severe as mine was :D

Or just use DDU in safe mode and then reinstall drivers again..

there are some scenarios where that will not work, they do not apply here though, and that should work indeed, sad I didn't think about that lol
