I'm thinking to buy Montech 903 max as my pc case.I'm not sure which am5 ryzen 7 or 9 cpu i'll buy but i will use a liquid 360 cooler an ATX 650E,670E,870 or 870E mobo and a 7800xt,7900GRE or 7900xt for graphics card,32 gb 6000mhz cl 28 ram,an 850 watt psu,Samsung 990 pro 1tb for the basic ssd and a second ssd 970 evo 500gb.
My questions are:1.Is Montech 903 max a good choice for a gaming pc?If not which case are you suggesting?
2.I'ts possible to start this built with buying the case first?I mean i've checked that everything fits (unless if i'am wrong).

Review is available at TPU, I would say if you're looking for bang for buck airflow it is a good option.

I've seen the review and helped a lot.

do ya have a budget in mind or just the best gaming parts?

If you are going with an X3D chip. You can save a chunk of money by going with a Thermalright Phantom Spirit or Peerless Assassin instead of an AIO. Even if you choose a 7950X3D chip, Both Thermalright coolers are highly highly capable.

You can go for an AIO but that is pretty overkill for cooling X3D chips as they run pretty efficiently. You can also do a little PBO tuning to reduce thermals a little more.

At this time 7900 cost 330 euros in my country,7800x3d 418 euros,7950x3d and 7950x 500 euros. If 7950x3d is ok with an air cooler it gets temptating.7900 needs liquid cooler?

Yes 1600-1800 euros for 4k(75-100 hz) or 2k(120-165hz) gaming.Especially for cities skylines II and Forza horizon 5.

Phantom Spirit can cool almost 240w of CPU

A 7950X3D will run upto 165w with undervolt or 140w stock

It should be fine to start with the case. Regarding parts, I would buy the Ryzen 9 7900. The price is right and it'll be easy to cool with the coolers others have mentioned. One question though: why the 990 Pro? At least in the US, there are cheaper 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSDs out there.

If you're gaming the obvious choice for. Cpu is 7800x3d.

Look at my specs....

Basically the system you might build!

903 Air Max(TM) is fantastic! Great airflow and space for cable management and easily fits my 330mm GRE. Buy it!

All of those cases are good. Just go for the cheapest one. I know the 4000d is the cheapest in the US.
