motherboard bios issues

im in need of some expert help
ive tried everything i can think of and cannot figure this out
i got my hands on 3 NCR Estoril motherboards
lga 1150 itx board from atm machines
problem is the bios on these boards are password protected and no conventional method seems to clear it and i dont really know what to do next
manufacturer website is useless
these use the HYDE H20 bios
i do have an eeprom reader/writer if someone comes across a method that would require it

Tried the jumper that disables the password?

havent tried i suppose i could load windows on an ssd and connect it im sure it will

Hi,
Think bios flash back is the only process that removes a password.
Might be able to do something using linux.

requires a password to boot from any device
requires a password for bbs
requires a password to do anything
every normal method of removing the password fails

Hi,
That's because it has no bios flash back feature.

Only hope would be if these boards have a removable bios chip and you can get a replacement.

non removeable but i do have the skills to remove it
my thought were to use an eeprom reader and wipe the chip and reflash it with a fresh bios file however i cannot find a bios file for the board

Didn't look very hard.

HWB will not be any help.

Need the bios first before looking to see if it can be modded.

FWIW, I've been modding bios's since before the socket A days, but whatever.

Well the main issue is the bios password.
Bios to edit well that isn't going to happen so it seems.

Don't be suprised if your reader indicates a bad BIOS chip - It happens.
I've had to replace the BIOS chip twice in my old Soyo and both times it was acting crazy, much like yours is doing now.
Only solution in that event is a new BIOS chip.

in my situation i pulled these boards from 3 decomissioned atm machines so the fast that everything on the bios is password protected is no surprise to me they otherwise seem to function properly

So you want us to hack a pass word, did you try 1234 ABCD? Remove bios battery over night, or Buy a bios chip off Flee Bay.

lol heres the thing this board doesnt exist on the used market anywhere and the manufacturer site doesnt respond to emails so im stuck dead in the water i have 3 of these itx boards and would love to be able to use them for batocera machines but cant until i get pass this pesky bios password

i was able to extract the bios image

you right i could easily buy bios chips on ebay and wait 2 months for them to arrive from china but that still doesnt solve the problem of having a clean bios loaded on the chips since no one offers bios for this board so that still puts me back to square onr
