GIGABYTE GH-PCU23-VE 92mm Ball CPU Cooler will fit onto MSI P35 Platinum LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

Odd looking cooler and mobo for that matter... Looking at it, shouldn't be an issue at all, but I can't say for certain.
