Motherboard temps and core temp

    Wondering if the motherboard bios temps for cpu are closer to full load because i use core temps for my temps and its dramatically lower by sometimes 20c

    At almost no load like 11% its lower than the bios by loads.

    I can do a run of a demanding game and check the core temp log but having to do that every time i change a clock would be long.

    It would be easier to just check the bios and use that as a guide.
    Obv when im done i could use core temps tho.
