Motherboard voltage too high help

The motherboard BIOS shows that all voltages are too high for me to get into the system.

Only a multi-meter (and probably a new power supply) can help you.

Definitely default bios, and see if that helps. If it doesn't, shut that thing down and check out that power supply or just try a different one.

Either very wrong readings, very wrong power settings, very wrong power from psu, or very wrong power from the wall.......either way, something is very wrong.
 
Either your power supply is bad or the Motherboard reading. Swap PSUs or check with a multimeter. It's either or. Won't know until you do one of those two things.
