Mouse and Keyboard (I/O) not responding while,during and after Windows Installation.

Hello guys, I've been looking for a solution for a quite long time. I came here because I saw thread similar to this one but all the 'solutions' didnt worked. I tried:
1. To connect to the USB ports next to Ethernet Port.
2. Using USB1 / USB2 mouse/keyboard.
3. Updating Bios,Drivers and all that BS.

Specs -
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Gigabyte GA-AB350M-D3H
N.GTX 1060 6GB

USB not working during windows installation is a common annoyance. There should be an option in bios to enable a USB patch that will allow the keyboard or mouse to work before the windows drivers have been able to load.

Try and see if the bios has an option for usb legacy mode, that might help.

If you`re installing Windows 7 you need to use the Windows USB Installation Tool from the installation disk.
