MSI Afterburner in Old Games? [SOLVED]

MSI Afterburner doesn't work in old games even in 2005 game.

It's not show in old games.

If you're referring to the on-screen display that isn't afterburner it's Rivatuner , & it should work, but may require you to set detection levels properly for older dx9, or dx10 games

It's working now in DX 9 game. I start game first and then MSI Afterburner.

What about DX 8 games and older?

Rivatuner (which is the application that handles most the directX detection , paired with msi afterburner), was developed in the 90s if I recall correctly, so it should support pretty much anything , or at least anything running directX or openGL. With some games you may need to do some tweaking in the Riva tuner settings , but it should work.

My experience is limited to just my personal usage of the application, so if you run into any issues just google Rivatuner related topics & you shouldnt have too much trouble

1997 for Nvidia Cards Initially.

Rivatuner gets updates. I installed one a few months ago. It actually got a update when the FCU of win10 was released. I recall having a detection issue and had to install a beta update for one of my kids , which is why i knew off the top of my head

Current version is 7+ iirc
