MSI released details about its upcoming value socket LGA1155 motherboard, the B75MA-P45. MSI finds the B75 PCH a worthy option over the current-generation H61 PCH, and could hence price its B75-based motherboards competitively, to capture the entry-level LGA1155 market. The B75MA-P45 comes with out of the box support for 22 nm "Ivy Bridge" Core processors, apart from current-generation "Sandy Bridge" ones. The B75MA-P45 packs a simple 5-phase VRM to power the LGA1155 CPU. The CPU is wired to four DDR3 DIMM slots, supporting dual-channel DDR3-1600 MHz memory.

Wonder if OCing is part of this as long as you have a K CPU?

as far as i know only 'Z' designated chipsets will allow OC with K cpus.. the Q & B chipsets are meant for business platforms primarily.. business platforms have a few unique features and may or may not have all features of consumer platforms..

actually this kind of motherboard should even be enough even for a hardcore gamer that doesn't overclock...

I mean the SB is already quite enough for 7970 or 680 without overclocking... an most of today games (and I strongly beleive that will be also true in the near future) don't really need anything beefier than those cards... OK, maybe except eyefinity/surround vision setups...
1 SATA6 should be enough for an SSD and the other SATA ports can be populated with mechanical HDD... and you'll have one slot for nice sound card, either PCI or PCIe based...
