MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R V2 3pin to 4 pin connector

I purchased a motherboard Asus TUF Gaming X670E-Plus and a liquid cooler MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R V2
is it ok to connect (pin pin pin ) 3 pin header of the w_pump to the 4 pin header of the motherboard. ı couldnt find a 3 pin header on the motherboard

You need to clarify what 3 pin and 4 pin header you're speaking of, if you do this with an RGB/ARGB combination you'll start a fire but with fan connectors its perfectly fine

it is the pump connector power to the pump of the liquid cooler

Yes, it's fine, 4 pin headers have a notch so you can only connect 3 pin fans the right way. I don't think boards these days even come with 3 pin headers anymore.

That's the 3 pin fan connector and yes you connect it to your motherboards CPU header
That image is labelled RGB header, definitely don't connect it to those - the white arrow, any of those options will work.

If the port you use only uses PWM fan control, that device will run at 100% only - but it may just be for RPM readings and nothing else anyway, i cant tell from the blurry photos
