MSI RX 480 GAMING X 8G. Can't get stable core clocks speed on stock

I used a bios from techpowerup after which my core clocks and Voltage started to fluctuate a lot. Then I used the latest bios after requesting it on MSI forum. It is totally unstable on stock clocks. If I want to do some gaming I have to lower the core clock to 1100, memory to 1850 and reduce the voltage by -58mv.
Ps. I started mining just a little bit on this card for which I had to flash the bios. Now I just don't understand what is happening but I thing that gpu isn't talking anymore Voltage. This problem never happened before the flash
Anything would appreciated.

Specs
GPU: MSI RX 480 GAMING X 8G
CPU: i5 6600 @3.3Ghz
Ram: 8GB HyperX
Storage: 1TB HDD, 256GB SSD

Did you back up your card bios before flashing!?

Look for the Mining Bios Repository, that will help you.

Once you get the bios re flashed, you should be able to increase your clocks by upping the clock speed, upping the power limit, and then believe it or not, lowering the voltage a few MV at a time. I got my Sapphire 480 up to 1420 IIRC, with Mv at -40.

The problem with 480's is too much power already being delivered.
