SF controllers are know to have compatibility issues, BSOD etc, thats why I am not sure if I want to take a chance.

I own the drive and haven't had a single issue.. had it for 6m now.. like all my SF drives... Never had that issue people say...

iv never had a problem with my SF drives. its all about the gen. imo nothing to worry about now.

as long as you have the key, just go and google win7 bootable disc.... even search TPU.. we had a thread on it.. I just don't remember what it was from... lol

It's easy to make one yourself. even allows to make one that can install any version..

I usually use True Image to either clone or Backup and Restore to new drive. Its a worthy investment, try to get one if you don't have one.
