I am looking to get a couple of 1TB drives, sometime in the near future.

These 2 seem to be comparable in price.

I don't know about the QVO Sammy, though.

Mushkin is a company I have bought DRAM from, anybody had an SSD from them?

Here are the Newegg links:

I'd like to hear the thoughts on these two. They match my current budget. I would like to set up a RAID1 in a computer I am building for storage/ gaming. Then, maybe later, RAID 10 w/4 SSD;s

Iv had and even reviewed some mushkin SSDs. Both manufacturers are prominent top notch memory producers, but there is no doubt that if you want SSDs right now you go with samsung.

Got a Mushkin Scorpion PCIe 2.0 2x SSD 240GB for years now, work as my main drive now as game drive. Never give me problems. Recently got Samsung SSD 860 QVO 1TB, god SSD so far.

Samsung have never disappointed me in terms of SSD (and I've installed 100s - Not a single DoA or faulty). Never tried Mushkin tho!
