Music lags loading websites

I been having a lot of lag lately when browsing with Firefox, Chrome, Waterfox it doesn't matter if it's youtube, Media Player Classic v1.7.9 (KCP) or Winamp v5.666 (Build 3516) I am using just the loading process is enough for my music to lack.

What I have tried so far:

1. I have installed the latest Intel Chipset driver version 10.1.1.42 - Link Intel Chipset Driver (Intel.co.uk)

2. I am using the latest driver for my Asus ThunderFX (Driver provider is C-Media) which is version 8.0.11.136 released back in 21-12-2012.

3. Hardware acceleration is disabled in Firefox/Waterfox and Chrome because of issues in the past.

4. Windows 10 Pro UK updates are disabled otherwise my internet speed dies for some weird reason but I am running Anniversary update.

5. System specs are always filled out so click on them thank you

I have someone have any good suggestions and no just say reinstall Windows 10 or update and event viewer doesn't have any 10016 errors they are fixed they two that were there.

Did you do a clean installation of your GPU drivers after installing the anniversary update? I ran into a case where the drivers were "working" but, it was stuck between two different versions and was causing some weird behavior. Updating the drivers instead of doing a clean installation tended to exacerbate the problems I was encountering.

I am running a Windows 8.1 Pro upgrade if not I got some programs and games that's not working properly on a clean Windows 10.

I always do a "clean" installation of Nvidia drivers doing update of dem.

But it's only while browsing I just gamed Overwatched everything cranked to max no lag.

I don't know if it's a related issue but all my video players have been shit lately on Firefox particularly on HBO with flash player Windows 10,for 2+ months

If u use YT a lot get a HTML5 add-on for Firefox so everything u watch on YT will be HTML5 I do that since I only use flash for speedtest.

My machine was very unstable after upgrading from 7. In fact, the GPU issues I had came out of that upgrade. I highly suggest doing a clean install.

I tried that and I had problems with applications and games even Mafia 2 wouldn't run properly so I don't want to.

I got no stability issues in gaming or video encoding.

The only thing I use with flash is HBO go. I don't use a speed test that uses flash because they're not very accurate in my experience , so I just use testmy.net Instead

Lately I veered away from YouTube I just discovered that HBO go service which is pretty sweet

One of the biggest issues I've noticed is while playing the flash videos if you load a separate tab while that tab is loading the flash player lags out like crazy
