MX 130 has thermal throttling

Actually the problem is obvious. GPU is throttling from high temprature. But GPU is trying to stay on 73 celcius, not getting higher. My GPU's base core frequency is 1110 Mhz but it is generally working on 880 Mhz. And memory frequency should be around 2500 Mhz, it is working on 800 Mhz. Please help me, how can i fix this?

How can I do that? This is a laptop. That's why voltage adjustment on MSI Afterburner is locked.

You are on a notebook unfortunately. If the unit is under warranty send it back. Otherwise id get a True laptop.

Thin notebooks overheat all the time.
