Hi!, i have this trouble,i have an Alienware 17 (2013), it came with 780m, i bought a 980m so i flashed the vbios (i make a mistake cuz the rom is of another 980m, another id) then i restarted the laptop and then the screen is black, no boot, and 8 beeps... There is any way to reflash with the stock vbios? i have it(the stock vbios) any good news?? pleeeasee!!

Try to plug it to a PC monitor, or maybe use external GPU.
Look around the GPU area for the video BIOS 8-pin chip.

BIOS isn't a driver and doesn't need to be updated for no reason.

Yes it has. But it is disable for alienware. The versión aw 17 2013 only use dedicate gpu. So I cant switch it

Hi. Well I did the short but nothing happens.. Still 8 beeps and black screen. The rom that I used yo flash in the screenshot.. That is the problematic rom

Well.. my gpu was revived. thanks for everyone who help me in this!.. im gonna write the journey to success
1) first Intent
I had to found someone with weldering skills to make the short in the pin 1 and 8, but it didn't work, the 8 beeps persist
2) Second intent
We try it with a thicker cable, but again, the 8 beeps
3) Third Intent
I bought the CH341a USB, but the chip winbond is big and trying to put the tweezer on the chip one of the capacitor, the little brown came off and became a nightmare situation, cuz the capacitor is so tiny, more than grain of rice, after 4 hours seeking it i found it.
at this point i came to the welder guy, he weld the capacitor and desolder the winbond chip, and then i used de CH341a again and works, the tweezers made a good contact with the terminal of the winbond chip, i uploded the right rom. welder again the chip on the board, and the 8 beeps has gone for good.
Here you can see the capacitor weldered and the winbond chip too,,
