my FPS Problem at Call of duty : waw

First at all Call of duty: WaW, was working great when i bought my computer after 4 months i don't know what's happend and it's started to drp the fps ever 1-2 minutes, from 90 to 10 and back after few seconds,
it's start also at Call of duty 4 because it's same graphic engine?? it's really annoy me i can't play with this problem ;< I prefer to format(vista) and install new windows, Windows 7 Untimte 32-bit but it's still the same!!! I checked my computer case and all are alright :S drivers,windows, disabled firewall, aint istalled anti-virus software, but it's still same :O PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Motherboard: ASUS M3A78-EMH HDMI
Memory: 3.00 GB
Hard driver: 500 GB
ATI Radeon HD 4850
PSU 550w

ati drivers maybe cause this problem.
Just try to uninstall the current driver and install another.

What are your temps?

I've never had this problem with this game and ATI drivers.
