My keyboards will print in Unbuntu on my new 18 core build but they wont work in windows

Hi,I am posting this again since I think my previous message got lost somewhere on here. I have a new computer build with the Rampage extreme encore and intel 18 core processor. On windows 10 my keyboards wont work at all or sometimes randomly display various pages. Someone here suggested trying to use UBUNTU and in a word type document there, every single key works on both keyboards but neither keyboard will work in windows 10. That suggests to me that it isnt a hardware issue but some sort of windows/software. If someone here knows what the problem may be and more importantly what the fix is, please email and let me know. Thank you to whoever is able to offer me the greatly needed assistance I need.
